Our 2020 workforce retention study showed that it’s often challenging for professionals of color to find their community. In response, we created four Professional Resource Groups (PRGs), affinity spaces to bring people together to network, discuss current issues relevant to specific communities, and learn from each other. The four Professional Resource Groups are:
An understanding of current topics related to a specific community.
Any professional who identifies as a part of the community around which the Professional Resource Group is organized.
