Your New Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Administrative Assistant who wants to learn and take initiative in a busy organization. You’ll join a Vancouver-based nonprofit association and work closely with the Executive Director, CFO, and Board to help with all administrative work. This includes maintaining the board book and related documentation, helping out with accounts payable, budgeting, handling year-end tax reporting, and coordinating maintenance with the appropriate vendors. This type of role requires a strong service orientation, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work within teams. When you join this group, you’ll start out remotely and work one day a week in the office. Once it’s safe to reopen, you can look forward to joining the entire team back in the office full time.
