SAIF’s service desk is recognized as a top-notch team that continuously provides tremendous value and outstanding customer service to their business partners. We are looking for an equally top-notch service desk supervisor. As the IT service desk supervisor at SAIF, you’ll use your gifts of vision, communication, and problem solving to provide leadership to the service desk, as well drive and deliver exceptional information technology service management (ITSM) best practices.
You’ll bring practical ideas for making our IT service management processes more efficient, cost-effective, and easier to use. Although ITIL knowledge and expertise are helpful, your skills in bringing together the right combination of people, processes, and technology to continue the outstanding work of SAIF’s service desk, and the continuous improvement of our ITSM framework, are most important.
