Brink Communications is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team. The role is a vital part of the Brink team, often the first person a new client, colleague, or partner will come in contact with. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a knack for creating and maintaining processes to ensure the office is always running smoothly. They are adept at juggling multiple priorities, schedules, and personalities with wisdom, patience, and a positive attitude. The Office Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant will be imperative to supporting the Brink team in creating great work for our clients, whether we’re working remotely or in the office.
