Your New Role:
We’re working with a well-known business to find a Loss Control Manager to replace a long-time manager, who is retiring. You’ll be overseeing a team of Loss Control Officers, including training, managing, and motivating them. You’ll also be ensuring store personnel and outside security guards are well-trained. In your day-to-day, you’ll interview employees and customers to obtain information regarding policy violations, theft, and related issues.
