• 4+ years of experience, creative industry experience highly-valued

• Experience with employee onboarding, talent management, and organizational development preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
In this People Ops and Development role, you’ll oversee employee development and manage the onboarding and performance management processes. You’ll partner with leadership to build a portfolio of internal resources. You’ll use your expertise and influence to be a change agent.
