As part of the PCC Planning & Capital Construction team, the Business Equity & Workforce Diversity Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining private and public business partnerships by collaboratively leveraging resources to further the successful completion of College, local, and regional diversity initiatives.
Knowledge of public purchasing rules
- Demonstrated outreach experience to under-represented communities
- Demonstrated ability to produce and present technical reports to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including College staff, General Contractors, Vendors, Trade Groups and organizations that work with historically underrepresented populations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data and clearly communicate actionable recommendations
