General Statement of Duties:
This position is responsible for providing technical training and guidance to Health Plan Operations and Provider Customer Service employees. Functional areas of focus may include customer service, enrollment, and/or claims. Core responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing written and visual training materials, facilitating and conducting trainings with individuals and groups, and creating and maintain measurement tools which help ensure learning goals are met.
