As Technical Support Manager, you are responsible for maintaining your team's drive to provide the top tier support that our dealers expect. Promoting a service that goes above and beyond is core to what makes Dealer Spike a company that our clients can rely on. Your goal should be to provide your team with strong leadership and direction, based around increasing productivity, setting clear expectations, and supporting your team to ensure Dealer Spike stands out as an industry leader in customer service. This role reports directly to the Director of Support Operations.
What we’re looking for:
2 years in a management position
Familiarity with technical support industry standards and practices
Exceptional critical thinking / troubleshooting / problem solving skills
