We are currently seeking an Administrative Specialist (Administrative Specialist 2) to join our team in the Office of Education Innovation and Improvement (EII) at the Oregon Department of Education. This is a permanent, full-time position. Our office is located in Salem, Oregon, however we offer the ability to telework under the current circumstances related to COVID-19.

As our Administrative Specialist, you provide administrative support to Student Investment Account (SIA) directors and teams in all aspects of SIA including research, analysis, evaluation, and interpretation for projects and programs. You coordinate projects, conducts research to assist team members in developing program/operational goals and establishes/maintains procedures to support the work of the team. Administrative duties include budget monitoring, expenditure control, public relations, personnel administration, records management, and report preparation.
