ARQ is looking for a motivated part-time customer care associate with a highly empathic communication style, solid writing skills, sensitivity to cultural/social issues, and high comfort level with multiple web-based platforms. This position will start at 4 days a week, with hours varying between 4 and 6 hours a day and the potential to increase with the rapid growth of our company. The work is mostly remote, with the occasional meeting in McMinnville, OR once it is safe and prudent to do so. It involves answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, amending orders, compiling data from our customer care platform, fielding marketing and wholesale requests, and more.
