Under the supervision of the Information Systems Manager, the IT Help Desk Specialist provides excellent customer support and solutions by responding to user requests for assistance, solving technology-related problems, and administering computer and telephone systems. Great customer service, teamwork, and an aptitude for solving technology problems are core competencies of the position. The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow, as well as tracking assigned tasks, requests, and projects, are requirements of the IT Help Desk Specialist role. The schedule for this position is Sunday - Thursday (day shift).
