About the position
The IT Support Analyst will partner with IT and firm business units to create, manage, and administer the technology used by the firm. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage
the daily demands of our primary applications and users.

The IT Support Analyst will also provide ad hoc analytical support to business units, high level planning and analysis regarding process improvement, assistance with requirements gathering
and vendor selection, and comprehensive project management for modifications, upgrades, and adoption of application or technology based solutions.

 Provide onsite and remote technical assistance to our end users
 Liaise with external IT service providers and business users to quickly triage IT support requests and provide timely resolution of technical questions and issues
 Provide administrative support for IT department (assist with ticketing, project tasks, database management, etc.)
 Configure hardware and software as needed
 Manage technical business processes such as SFTP setup, batch file creation, job scheduling, bulk file updates, etc.
 Create and maintain documentation for the administration, maintenance, and use of supported systems.
 Performs other IT responsibilities and duties as assigned by IT Management

 Office 365 administration experience (Azure and Sharepoint experience a plus)
 Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
 Data management and analysis proficiency (Access, SQL, etc.)
 Experience with process development and automation (batch files, scripts, etc.)
 Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
 Proven problem-solving skills
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Ability to work effectively with co-workers, clients and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
 Excellent work ethic and attendance

Compensation and Benefits:
 Salary range for this position is $60k-80k base. Salary to be consistent with experience and potential.
 Benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, life & disability), and a parking allowance
 Additionally, discretionary annual bonus and profit-sharing contribution are available contingent on firm performance
