The Assistant Customer Care Manager works closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure that we provide quality and efficient service to our customers through daily management of our Customer Care Center and Customer Care Representatives. The Assistant Customer Care Manager provides floor leadership in all areas including recognizing, coaching and motivating daily to keep the customer at the center of everything that we do. The focus will be on performance, people and process to create a consistent Hanna customer experience.
