• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
• Experience with DEI and passion for creating equity in underrepresented communities required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll respond to emails and phone calls, coordinate travel and events, make arrangements for staff dinners, prep meeting agendas, and more! You’ll occasionally work nights and weekends for big events. Everyone is working remotely for now.
