POSITION DETAILS:
• Position Title: Youth Case Manager
• Department: Youth Residential
• Employment Status: Full-Time
• Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a member of the Youth Residential Team, the Case Manager (CM) is responsible for communication and collaboration with outside agencies and the coordination of Youth referrals and admissions. The CM will provide professional assessment & initial treatment planning for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders case management needs. This position supports the counselors with clinical and non-clinical services and assists with client’s successful engagement and completion in treatment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current CADC I or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective writing and verbal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
• Understanding of substance use disorders
We encourage applications from those in recovery, but we require 2+ years of continuous sobriety for candidates who identify with being in recovery. A DHS criminal background investigation is conducted on all new employees. Convictions are evaluated for each position and are not necessarily disqualifying.
