We are looking for a leader to build our operations foundation across all revenue-oriented functions at LeadVenture. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a Revenue Operations function at a market-leading Private Equity-backed SaaS solution provider. You will tackle high priority initiatives critical to scaling LeadVenture, including go-to-market strategy, metrics, and processes. As the leader, you will have an incredible opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and business results across our brands through your business acumen, innovative analysis, and intellectual curiosity.
The LeadVenture Revenue Operations team will serve as the ‘connective tissue’ for our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations. It will work to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our go-to-market efforts across the funnel utilizing clear data, simple processes and a can-do attitude. The position will report to our Chief Revenue Officer.
