The Watershed O&M Manager will have some or all of the following duties and responsibilities:
• Organizes the work units, staff and defines roles and responsibilities that may include cross-Bureau functions and processes.
• Plans, organizes, manages, and evaluates the programs of the Watershed Operations & Maintenance Division; integrates the work of the Division across bureau groups, divisions, and teams; with subordinate supervisors, develops, implements and monitors work plans to achieve division goals and performance measures; manages and directs the development, implementation and evaluation of work programs, plans, processes, systems and procedures to achieve bureau goals; sets work priorities; initiate changes and updates to code, policy, and regulations to improve workflow and effectiveness; and attends O&M Group and BES management meetings.
