The Mailroom Supervisor supports guides and assists co-workers. This position acts as a liaison between the Customer and Relay Resources. Presence at the worksite during operational business hours is an essential function of this position. Duties and responsibilities will include: mail is delivered promptly, including delivery accuracy while providing excellent customer service, responsible for overseeing and training mailroom staff by developing procedures for the processing and distributing mail at the worksite, great interpersonal skills to work and interact with a wide variety of people, and keeping track and ensures mailroom equipment and delivery vehicle.
