You’re a finance wiz with extensive experience under your belt. You have a passion to work for a strong brand and will act as the financial point person supporting the Wholesale team. You’re looking to join a growing team where you will partner cross-functionally, influence decisions, and become the Wholesale finance expert. Support FP&A Director in the creation of annual wholesale and export budget, working with business partners to develop key assumptions, OPEX needs, CapEx requirements, etc.
Support FP&A Director with monthly forecast process, partnering with Wholesale and Sales Support team to update key assumptions and outlining potential risks and opportunities, proactively making recommendations.
Support the monthly S&OP process, providing insight on prior months’ performance relative to forecast that delivers impactful insights and helps tell the business and financial story.
Partner with global counterparts to drive best in class reporting/forecasting/modeling across the global wholesale organization.
Provide impactful analysis and insights on trends related to the wholesale business.
Partner with the Wholesale team to generate monthly sales, volume, operating expenses, and KPI forecasts.
Drive monthly review of Wholesale OPEX, ensuring the accrual process is correct and managing to budget targets.
Working with the business partners, undertake monthly reviews of the wholesale order book, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with monthly forecasts. When necessary, raise awareness of risks and opportunities.
Building customer account profitability, including understanding specific customer agreements and impact on total business margins and EBITDA.
Drive Pro-forma country P&L reporting to understand profitability by market.
PowerBI Development & Enhancement
Build and develop the reporting capabilities of Power BI, including KPI dashboard reporting required to support the Wholesale and Export teams in trade decision making.
Analyze the detail behind the numbers, proactively seeking out issues with integration and reporting, and working with the relevant departments to find solutions.
Ensuring the correct data is captured where any data issues are found.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
3+ year’s relevant planning/analysis experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or related industry
Confidence to build credibility quickly with stakeholders within and outside of the Finance function.
Strong business and financial acumen. Proven ability to think creatively with strong problem-solving skills.
Constantly maintaining a questioning mindset, willing to dig deeper into the data to understand the key drivers and happy to get into the detail.
Be able to provide high-quality analysis to drive decision-making. Ability to marry both financial and non-financial data to get behind the numbers to identify key drivers of performance and spot trends.
Used analytical tools like Pro Diver and Power BI to understand and visualize KPI and business performance.
Experience of undertaking detailed and complex analysis using large data sets. Strong excel skills.
Strong visual Excel skills to enable trends generated from complex data sets to be clearly communicated to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
Proven ability working in a hands-on fast-moving environment to agreed deadlines that may require a rapid turnaround.
