The Consumer Obsession Consultant or Senior is responsible for assessing, designing and implementing cross-functional initiatives throughout Cambia to improve outcomes for health care consumers. The incumbent will provide guidance to management and own deliverables in partnership with various Cambia divisions.

- Collaborates with leaders who are responsible for the successful implementation of processes and projects that support better consumer experience.
- Is familiar with best business practices within and outside of the organization.
- Collaborates cross functionally with different teams within Cambia and offers guidance where needed.
- Under supervision, works on new processes that improve core operations, employer experience, consumer experience and project delivery.
- Can explain complex processes and status updates to various stakeholders within Cambia.
