The System Analyst (SA) position is a new and regular position in the city's Finance Department in the Information Services division. This is a Management-2, exempt position.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of major implementation for an enterprise land use Electronic Permitting System. The city is currently in contract negotiations with TruePoint Solutions as the implementer for Infor Public Sector (Infor PS) for their Community Development Regulation (CDR) solution; this is a result of a Request for Proposals solicitation. You can be part of a system that’s built from the ground up for the City of Beaverton and its Community Development Department.
The System Analyst position will be assigned to work with the Development Review Process – Electronic Permitting System Team (DRP-EPST). The person hired will work directly for the Project Manager throughout the duration of the implementation. Upon completion of the Project, the SA will be assigned back to the Information Systems Applications Team where that person will continue to support, sustain, and enhance the new Permitting System.
