In support of the Agency’s mission, and under direction of the Coordinated Systems Manager, the Food Access & Essential Needs Program Coordinator works collaboratively with community partners and internal programs to support development and coordination of food access and essential needs resources across Washington County. Responsible for coordination of community-based food and basic needs sites to increase access to essential needs for Washington County residents. Acts as point of contact for community partners engaging in food and essential needs distribution and supports the development of community capacity to deploy culturally specific foods and essential needs across all communities within Washington County. Responsible for working with the program’s leadership team to develop new policies and procedures in response to changes in program and community needs.
