Contact Center Representative
We are hiring a Contact Center Representative to work remotely. This role will be assisting individuals with retirement and benefit related inquiries and requests.
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities
Relay accurate information regarding plans and services.
Deliver personalized customer service via incoming phone calls.
Research discrepancies and issues and provide follow up.
Monitor statuses of requests and make outbound calls for correspondence.
Support special department projects.
Contact Center Representative Qualifications
6 months of customer service experience; experience in the financial services industry a plus.
Associates degree or college coursework a plus.
Systems savvy; proficient in using MS Office.
Familiar with Salesforce a plus.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Team player and able to manage priorities.
