As the executive director of Partners in Diversity, Jenny is dedicated to helping organizations across Oregon and southwest Washington develop inclusive workplace cultures, essential for innovation and thriving communities.
With extensive experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors, Jenny has successfully led sales and marketing in the tech industry and served as the executive director of a national nonprofit with nine chapters around the country. She is a highly sought-after trainer and consultant, offering valuable organizational and leadership education and coaching to organizational executives, helping them drive transformation within their organizations.
Jenny’s commitment to community service is evident in her active involvement on multiple nonprofit boards and government appointments. She co-chaired the Oregon Governor’s Racial Justice Council on Housing, Homelessness, and Human Services and serves as a commissioner for Home Forward, the housing authority for Multnomah County.
Jenny holds a degree in microbiology and molecular genetics from UCLA and a change management certification from Cornell University.
In her personal time, Jenny enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, and mentoring college students and recent graduates, fostering the next generation of leaders.
