Director, Financial Planning Analysis
DaWayne Judd was the director, financial planning analysis at Columbia Sportswear Company. With 16 years of retail and hospitality experience, he is responsible for Columbia Sportswears direct to consumer fiscal planning and operational analysis for ecommerce and retail. DaWayne also partners and collaborates with international finance leaders to implement best practices in the areas of the financial planning, capital investment analysis and financial reporting.
DaWayne graduated from Haverford College with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology/Economics and later earned an MBA in International Business/Finance from The Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. As an avid cultural and history student with an emphasis on African and African American history, DaWayne is actively involved in community work. He served as the president of two Fortune 500 companies’ African American corporate affinity groups, as board member of The Black Leadership Council in Miami, and minority recruitment and funding director for Teach America.
Currently, DaWayne volunteers his time at Alia Family Services where he serves as a member of the executive committee and board of directors. He is also a board member at Northwest Regional Education Service District, responsible for redistribution of State funding to students of color and in addition, is a Finance Committee member at Partnership for Safety and Justice.
