How Do Members Benefit from Partners in Diversity?
RESOURCES FOR EMPLOYERS AND DIVERSITY INFLUENCERS
Partners in Diversity provides employers and diversity influencers with monthly educational programming that help advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Regular programs such as Breakfast for Champions, CEO Forum and Equity Conversations Podcast, as well as special opportunities such as Leadership Cohorts and NW Equity Summit, focus on best practices, impactful approaches, and safe spaces for dialogue. Partners in Diversity periodically conducts research to help inform employers of policies and trends.
EXPOSURE AND AWARENESS
Membership to Partners in Diversity and sponsorship of our programs is a meaningful way to showcase your organization’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. It signals to your employees and to others in Oregon and southwest Washington that your organization embraces diversity, equity and inclusion and is doing the work needed to make everyone feel like they belong.
COMPETITIVENESS
Members have access to Partners in Diversity’s powerful Jobs Board, one of the area’s most trusted resources to connect employers with diverse talent. Studies show that if employees have similar backgrounds, education, and world views they tend to approach the world in similar ways. A diverse workforce can provide new perspectives and approaches to a company’s challenges. This signals to investors, potential clients, customers, and the broader community that a company is agile and backed by forward-thinking leadership.
